This book has been a most unusual find with it coming into my hands at just the right time when I was wondering how to take my practice further. When I opened the pages, I almost fell off my chair because within its covers are gems upon gems showing the way to transcend, transform and transmute.
This book is all about the true goal of yoga written by a mahayogi, the Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. My teacher, whom I had the blessed fortune to learn Pranic Healing Level 1 when he was in Singapore in the 90s. Best of all the meditations described within are all within one’s capability to adopt and practise on a daily basis. The key word is therefore just that, practice. It’s the only way. This is one book which remains ‘alive’ and time and again, many things happen in the name of synchronicity to show me what to do next because I made a vow that I am not getting up from my zafu unless….. It’s funny but true. Some things have really come to pass. And for that I am eternally grateful.
